Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County

All licensed practitioners, hospitals, and laboratories are required to report diseases of public health significance per Florida Administrative Code Chapter 64D-3, Control of Communicable Diseases and Conditions Which may Significantly Affect Public Health and Florida Statute Chapter 381.0031, Report of diseases of public health significance to department.
