DOH-Palm Beach Pahokee Statement

Palm Beach County, FL - The Department of Health learned this morning that the City of Pahokee put in writing on April 28, 2021, that due to the algae in Lake Okeechobee, the Department of Health had ordered the City to close its marina. The Department has no jurisdiction over the marina and gave no such order.
