DOH-Palm Beach Lifts Water Quality Health Advisories

Advisories Lifted for Phil Foster Park, Carlin Park, and DuBois Park

Palm Beach, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County (DOH-Palm Beach) is lifting the advisories for high bacterial levels for the following locations:


Phil Foster Park
900 E. Blue Heron Blvd.
Riviera Beach, FL 33404

Carlin Park
400 S. A1A
Jupiter, FL 33477

DuBois Park
19075 Dubois Road
Jupiter, FL 33477


Tests completed on July 8, 2025, indicate that the water qualities at Phil Foster Park, Carlin Park, and DuBois Park show an acceptable level of Enterococcus bacteria established by state guidelines.
