Health Officials in Palm Beach County Lift Advisory for Bacterial Contamination Near Azalea Road Connected to Delray Beach Intracoastal

Palm Beach, Fla. —The Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County (DOH-Palm Beach) is lifting the advisory spill near Azalea Road connected to Delray Beach Intracoastal.
Recent coordinated laboratory testing with the City of Delray Beach and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection indicates the water quality near Azalea Road connected to Delray Beach Intracoastal shows an acceptable level of bacteria for the public to resume water-related activities.
The original advisory was issued on October 30, 2025 due to a wastewater spill.
