Services
DOH-Palm Beach offers confidential STI testing and treatment for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, and others, if necessary. DOH-Palm Beach can help assist with informing a patient’s partner(s) to get tested and/or treatment. This is a fully confidential service; names will never be mentioned.

- Photo ID (Preferred)
- Proof of income (Preferred)
- Partners who may benefit from a screening (Preferred)
- A copy of your lab results if you have any already (Preferred)
- Insurance information, if applicable (services will be provided without insurance)
