Palm Beach, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County (DOH-Palm Beach) announces a new Vital Statistics Office location in Belle Glade at the following location:
C.L. Brumback Health Center
38754 State Road 80
Belle Glade, FL 33430
This new location provides the community of Belle Glade with the services to order and obtain birth and death certificates. It is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to noon every first Thursday of the month.
