The Maternal Child Health Division provides home visits. The providers are Registered Nurse Case Managers. Typical clients are pregnant women and their infants, however, the entire family is included in the service plan intended to support, educate and lead to improved birth outcomes.
Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County supports children’s projects by providing the necessary funds to make a difference in a child’s life.
