The Division of Maternal Child Health provides home visits by registered nurse case managers. Typical clients are pregnant women and their infants, however, the entire family is included in the service plan intended to support, educate, and improve birth outcomes.
Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County supports children’s projects by providing the necessary funds to make a difference in a child’s life.
